We will review your documents, confirm receipt and compliance of the documents submitted, and request additional information if necessary.

Request your viewing with the accommodation agent online by WhatsApp or by email.

If your documents are accepted, we will organise the following: Licence Agreement, contact you via WhatsApp or phone call, collect your first month’s rent and deposit, and arrange key handover and move-in information.

Once you find your ideal property, send your details by email to info@student-assistance.com. Required details include:

• Reference Letter
